HI, I'M JEMMA
I'm the founder and owner of Doggylicious Cheltenham. Based locally, I'm a qualified dog groomer here to give your best friends the love and affection they deserve in a calm, relaxed environment.
Since I can remember, dogs have been a massive part of my life in and around my family. We have had the pleasure of owning breeds from the well-known Jack Russell to the beautiful German Shepherd. As a result, I have plenty of experience handling and grooming all the breeds we have owned. A dog's care and wellbeing are of the utmost importance to me — whether that is giving them the bath and groom they need, a well-deserved walk and game of ball, or even a fun-filled doggy holiday in our home-from-home environment, I believe in giving them the best I can.
Doggylicious carries on running in memory of Bonnie who played a major part in the business and is held firmly in our hearts, 'you can see her as the letter L in the name'. Rosie now has Bobbie to keep her company.

DO YOU WORK WITH NERVOUS DOGS?
Absolutely! Having rescued dogs in the past, we know how nervous dogs can be, and that many have pasts that we're sure you'll agree, you wouldn't want to imagine. Trust is paramount and with nervous dogs, this can take time. We believe that a softly, softly approach is a must.
WHAT MAKES YOUR SERVICES DIFFERENT?
We're patient, calm and believe the dog must receive the best care at all times. If that means things take a little longer, that's no problem — after all, that's what we're here for. Our commitment is to ensuring your dog goes home looking, smelling, and feeling great with a wagging tail.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Doggylicious Cheltenham requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. If appropriate notice is not given, there will be a cancellation charge of 50-100% of the full fee. Failure to attend with no notice will incur a full charge and a booking fee required for all future bookings.
